Xinlong-UK is looking for a Digital Product Store Manager to help set up, organise and manage an online digital product download store. This role is suitable for someone who understands e-commerce, online product listings, digital products, digital files, product presentation and basic store operations. The purpose of this role is to help the company develop a clear and workable online store structure for digital download products. The successful candidate will help organise digital product files, create or improve product listings, prepare product information, check download materials, and support the day-to-day development of the online store. Main responsibilities include: • Helping plan and organise the structure of a digital product download store, • Reviewing digital product materials and helping turn them into clear online product listings, • Organising product categories, product names, file structures and listing formats, • Creating or improving product titles, descriptions, tags and product presentation, • Preparing or coordinating product images, previews, mockups or listing materials where required, • Uploading or assisting with the upload of digital products to an online store or platform, • Checking digital download files, links, product pages and customer-facing information, • Creating and maintaining a clear tracker for product uploads, updates and completed tasks, • Helping improve the store workflow so that products can be managed in a more organised and professional way, • Providing clear progress updates and making reasonable amendments where required The ideal candidate should be organised, commercially minded and able to work independently. This role would suit someone with experience or strong interest in e-commerce, Etsy, Shopify, Wix, Canva, Adobe, digital downloads, product listings, online store management, digital content or online business operations. Requirements: • Experience or strong interest in e-commerce or online store management, • Good written English, • Good attention to detail, • Ability to organise digital files, product information and store content clearly, • Comfortable using online platforms, Google Drive, PDFs, images, Canva or similar tools, • Able to work independently and provide clear progress updates, • Able to follow instructions and complete agreed tasks by deadline, • Experience with digital products, Etsy, Shopify, Wix, Canva, Adobe, product listings or online store operations would be an advantage, • Interest in design, digital products or online business would be helpful This is a flexible role. The exact tasks, working arrangement, deadline and payment arrangement will be agreed in writing before work starts. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
