Koya is an all-day Japanese udon restaurant with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal produce. It first opened in Soho in 2010 and now has two more branches in the City and Hackney. For the last 3 years we have been located in London Fields which is our central kitchen dedidcated towards production and prep for all of our restaurants, it is from there that our fresh noodles, homemade pickles and much more are shipped by bike daily to City, Soho and Hackney.


We are currently looking for another member of staff to join our production team as we grow. Come and join us and learn how to make authentic Japanese udon noodles with our experienced team. Daily meals are provided and we have regular staff outings which also provide an opportunity to learn new skills beyond the day to day.


No prior experience necessary but we are looking for early risers who are enthusiastic and reliable and who can play a role in our growing company as we look to explore new markets
