There's also performance incentives as well as cash and card tips (not shared) Hours are around 40-45 a week, mainly straight shifts but full flexibility during the week is needed The restaurant opens from 7am and closes at 11pm, 6 days a week. Sunday is only lunch and dinner and closing at 9pm.
