We’re looking for an experienced, confident and personable waiter/waitress who sees hospitality as a career and would like to become a long-term part of our small team. Bourne’s is a little different from your typical London restaurant. By day we’re a neighbourhood fishmonger specialising in exceptional fresh fish and seafood; by evening we become a busy, intimate seafood restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, excellent food and a very personal style of service. This position would particularly suit someone who genuinely enjoys the restaurant business and wants to build their career in hospitality, rather than someone simply looking for a short-term or temporary job. We want somebody who takes pride in good service, enjoys building relationships with regular customers and wants to develop their knowledge of food, fish, seafood and wine. What we're looking for • Experience in catering sales, hospitality, events or business development is desirable., • A confident, proactive and commercially driven approach, with the ability to generate new business., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Confidence speaking with clients, visiting venues and representing the business professionally., • A genuine passion for food, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences., • Flexibility and willingness to support occasional evenings, weekends and key trading periods when required.
