We are looking for Experienced Full-time Waiters/waitresses to join the team at Daphne's, part of Caprice Holdings.

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waiter/Waitress to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring correct orders are delivered. Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues or requests. Handle payments, process bills, and manage POS transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Follow all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., desserts, beverages).
