As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities: Explain menus to guests, answer questions, and make recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure all items are served on time. Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage. Clear tables and ensure they are set up properly for the next guests. Process payments and operate the system effectively. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures. Reporting: Reports to the Management Adheres to all company rules, regulations, and procedures. Ensures all legal and health and safety requirements are adhered to. Knows and proactively works toward sales mix and cover targets for the business.
