About the Role:
As a member of our Floor Staff, you will:
Provide top-notch service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they walk in.
Take orders and serve drinks with style and efficiency.
Maintain the ambiance and cleanliness of the bar area.
Engage with guests, offering recommendations and sharing the story of Hush Bar.
Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to deliver a standout experience every night.
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
Previous experience in bar or restaurant service is a plus but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person!
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment.
What We Offer:
£11.80+ depending on experience and plus Tronc from January
Evening shifts - Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 30 hours a week with potential for more
