YOUR MISSION: - You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team! - Your top priority will be to look after all of the guests in your section - following the steps of service, giving recommendations, upselling and processing payments. - You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails. - You will be opening and closing the floor. - You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor - You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day! - You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
