Responsibilities: • Present menus and provide detailed information when required, • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, • Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals, • Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience, • Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary, • Ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times, • Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly Skills: • Proficient in basic maths for order taking and bill calculations, • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently, • Prior experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous, • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members, • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, • A helpful attitude and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
