Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our team at Doci Visi. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your ability to engage with customers, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all details are noted for the kitchen.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and bar areas, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Skills - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous for maintaining health standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and collected.
- A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about menu items can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
