Weekend Bar Manager

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring consistency and excellence in terms of all standards within the catering and bar environment- Bars, Restaurants, Kitchen and Satellite Kitchens in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Most importantly the successful candidate will lead and motivate all team members to deliver an engaging customer experience. This position reports to the Head of Food & Beverage, and will be responsible for: Ability to lead from the front and who is hands- on, and customer focused. Must have experience as a supervisor of pubs, bars or restaurants. Demonstrable understanding of P&L's Applied knowledge of stock, marking and GP% Smart Rota'ing - right people right time People management Be able to recruit, train and retain a great team. Kitchen management from stock ordering and stock audit to day-to-day due diligence Late night focus must be able to work when the business is busiest.
