Job description Running and working the Members bar and Coffee Bar and liaising with Kitchen Manager to ensure members and guests are made welcome. Relevant Bar experience, taking responsibility for ensuring high levels of customer service, stocks , financials , staff training , hiring and allocation of staff, following licence rules and hygiene . Working with Club Office and Members to grow Turnover and be the heart of the Club over the Season’s weekends when the bar is at it's busiest.
