As a full-time, entry-level Vehicle Mechanic in the British Army, you’ll: · Keep the Armys vehicles available in barracks and on operations · Service and maintain all vehicle types from Tanks to HGVs · Conduct preventative maintenance · Work in line with Army policy on vehicle maintenance and Health and Safety guidelines · Assist in roadworthiness testing of all Army vehicles To qualify, you must be between 16 years 6 months and 35 years 6 months, pass a basic fitness test, and have GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 in at least English Language, Maths and Science.
