We are seeking an exceptional General Manager who brings both talent and heart to the role. The Role: As General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Juno's success, driving operational and commercial excellence, leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a story to tell. Who You'll Be: An accomplished leader with a track record of driving excellence in elevated, food-focused venues, combining operational expertise with a passion for warm, approachable hospitality. Someone with strong business acumen – confident in managing financials, budgets, and targets. Extensive experience managing relationships and operational interfaces within major developments with a strong understanding of how large, multi-stakeholder estates function as well as maintaining relationships with Landlord & local authorities.
