Yard Assistant - Car Sales

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in the car trade. The ideal candidate will assist with showing vehicles to customers, carrying out basic valeting duties, and moving cars around the forecourt and workshop areas. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with cars and delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and confidently show vehicles, highlighting key features and answering basic questions
• Prepare vehicles for viewing, including light valeting, interior tidy, and exterior cleanliness
• Move vehicles safely around the site, into bays, and to/from storage areas
• Assist with photographing or presenting cars for online listings (optional)
• Support day-to-day site operations, keeping the forecourt organised and tidy
• Perform basic checks on vehicles (fuel, battery, tyre pressures)
• Provide general help to the sales team where needed
