Team Leadership & Development • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and store KPIs., • Help train, onboard, and develop new team members, embedding our values into everything they do., • Motivate and inspire colleagues to be confident, creative, and customer-focused — empowering them to be brave and take initiative., • Act as Duty Manager when senior management is absent, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication with the Area Manager. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising • Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards, ensuring the store is clean, beautifully presented, and on-brand., • Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory management with agility and attention to detail., • Support till operations, including handling refunds and end-of-day closing procedures., • Keep fitting rooms and till areas tidy, organised, and customer-ready at all times., • Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values.
