We are looking for a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our new cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable in classic cocktails—someone who is creative and can think on their feet with new cocktail creations. What you'll do: • Mix, pour, and serve drinks with confidence, • Work closely with the team to deliver excellent service, • Maintain high standards in every aspect of the bar - presentation, efficiency, and cleanliness. What we are after: • Passion for hospitality and delivering quality, • A sense of pride in keeping the bar looking its best, • Professional appearance, positive attitude and great communication skills, • At least 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender, • Can work weekends

• Confident in basic bar skills including pouring beers, making standard drinks, taking orders, processing payments and using the till., • Maintain cleanliness at all times – tidy as you go, clean down, restock and fully pack down the bar at the end of shift., • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude., • Communicate clearly within the team and use the work group chat appropriately for updates or any issues during shifts.
