This hybrid role combines Customer Success, Partnerships, and Strategic Growth. You’ll lead a team of four client leads and executives, collaborating closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure clients not only succeed on our platform, but also scale their creative and marketing programs with us. You’ll be the face of our self-serve business, accountable for retention, expansion, and client satisfaction, while building strong, value-driven partnerships with global brands and agencies.
