This is a role that requires someone who is super committed, can communicate what we do really well, doesn’t complain about doing minor admin tasks alongside creative ones like coming up with ideas for events and videos, and really wants Mill Media to grow and succeed. Here are the key attributes required: • Eager to take responsibility and be able to manage multiple requests and tasks during a day, • A talented social media operator who knows how to make posts perform well, and either has or can quickly pick up video editing skills, • Communicative, keeping managers in the loop about your work and quick to alert us to any issues.
