Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently pack and unpack goods up to 20kg. - Answer customer calls and manage queries with professionalism and courtesy. - Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain an organized and safe work environment. - Follow company processes and policies to ensure operational efficiency. We are looking for individuals who: - Are physically fit and capable of handling goods up to 20kg. - Possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. - Have basic IT skills to handle customer queries and data entry. - Are team players with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
