    We provide premium corporate language training designed for multinational businesses looking to upskill their teams and break down cross-border communication barriers. We are seeking an independent Business Development Partner to help us introduce our services to major European organisations. This is a self-employed, contract-based position operating on a pure commission model. We are not looking for someone to perform cold outreach or standard prospecting. This role strictly requires an active, pre-existing professional network. The successful partner will hold direct, warm relationships with HR Directors, Learning & Development (L&D) Heads, and Corporate Operations leaders across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities & Structure • Warm Introductions: Leverage your existing network to introduce our corporate language services to decision-makers., • Handover to Principal: Once the introduction is made and initial interest is established, you will hand the lead over to our internal team. We handle the formal pitching, scoping, and service delivery., • Pure New Business: Your involvement ends at the first signed order. Ongoing account management and renewals are handled fully in-house by our team. Compensation & Terms • Commission Only: This is a self-employed contract arrangement paid strictly on results., • Rate: 20% commission on the gross revenue received from the initial, first-time order placed by your introduced client (paid upon client invoice settlement)., • Earning Example: Secure a standard initial £1,200 course block, and your payout is £240. For larger multi-department or enterprise rollouts (e.g., £10,000+), your payout scales accordingly., • Autonomy: 100% remote, flexible hours, with no KPIs or corporate red tape. You operate entirely as an independent partner. Requirements • Network (Non-Negotiable): An active, warm portfolio of corporate HR/L&D contacts across Europe who trust your recommendations., • Professional Profile: You currently operate as a self-employed professional, independent consultant, or established commercial sales agent., • Executive Presence: Deep understanding of corporate procurement for professional training, with the ability to confidently navigate C-suite and Director-level conversations.
