Essential Criteria – • Relevant experience: Performance reporting experience, management information or portfolio insight in a bank, lender, credit provider or similarly data-led regulated environment., • Strong performance storytelling: A track record of turning complex information into a clear, balanced narrative with implications, recommendations and next steps, rather than simply reporting figures., • Credit or lending knowledge: A good understanding of consumer credit performance, portfolio monitoring and the relationship between customer outcomes, commercial growth and bad debt., • Tableau capability: Practical experience using Tableau to explore data, develop or improve dashboards and create effective visualisations for different audiences., • Analytical judgement: The curiosity to investigate root causes, test assumptions and distinguish genuine movement from noise., • Influence and collaboration: The ability to build trusted relationships, listen to different perspectives, challenge constructively and help teams reach clear decisions.
