Internal Fitness Quality Assurer (IQA) – Flexible, Remote Role (£60/hour) Are you an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with a background in fitness education? We’re looking for a skilled professional to support the quality assurance of our Personal Training, Gym Instructing, and Sports Massage qualifications. About the Role This is a flexible, remote position ideal for someone looking to work around other commitments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our training provision meets awarding body standards and delivers exceptional learner outcomes. Responsibilities • Conduct internal quality assurance of assessment decisions across Personal Training, Gym Instructor, and Sports Massage courses., • Sample learner work and provide constructive feedback to assessors., • Support and standardise assessors to maintain consistency and compliance., • Ensure all assessment and verification records meet awarding organisation and regulatory requirements., • Personal Training, • Gym Instruction ✅ Have recent and relevant experience in quality assuring vocational fitness and/or sports therapy qualifications. 💡 A degree or higher qualification in a related field (e.g. Sports Science, Education, Exercise Physiology) is desirable but not essential.
