Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle general inquiries.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room bookings.
Provide administrative support to legal staff, including document preparation and filing.
Ensure the office is organized and supplies are well-stocked.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A professional demeanor with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
