Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar fitness industry role is essential. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to motivate and inspire teams. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting member relationships. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and advancing business growth. Knowledge of fitness equipment and techniques is advantageous. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
