Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and catering services. Stay updated on industry trends, culinary techniques, and ingredient sourcing to drive innovation and differentiation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team. Extensive culinary knowledge and proficiency in various cuisines and cooking techniques. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation and experimentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
