All positions included: • Supervision & support • Induction & Training • Use of high quality equipment and materials • Company Uniform • Weekly pay (National Minimum Wage) As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within a designated area. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding cleanliness standards. Responsibilities: General Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, tables, countertops, and appliances. Empty and clean waste bins regularly. Washroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize washroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and floors. Replenish toiletries and consumables as needed. Floor Care: Follow proper procedures for cleaning and maintaining different types of flooring. Use appropriate cleaning equipment, such as floor polishers and carpet cleaners. Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a clear and spotless appearance. Restocking Supplies: Monitor and report low levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments in a timely manner. Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper procedures. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly. Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adjust work schedule to accommodate special cleaning needs or events. Customer Service: Provide a positive and friendly presence while performing cleaning duties. Respond to requests and inquiries from occupants courteously. Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
