Reservation Management: Handling phone, online, and in-person bookings, including confirming details and managing walk-ins. Floor Control: Managing the dining room flow, balancing the workload among servers, and ensuring efficient turnover of tables. Wait Time Management: Providing accurate, honest wait times to guests to maintain a positive experience.
