Job description Duties: Oversee daily clinics operations and ensure smooth functioning Manage salon staff and schedule appointments Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or complaints Maintain inventory of salon supplies and place orders as needed Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and record keeping Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance the salon experience Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with clients and staff Time management skills to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines Ability to lead and motivate a team of salon professionals Knowledge of salon products, services, and industry best practices Note: Previous experience in a similar role or in the beauty industry is preferred.
