We're looking for a new experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team here at Acme Fire Cult. You will have a minimum of one years kitchen experience. You will work a 48 hour work week and we pay overtime for every hour you work over that. We're looking for candidates that have a true passion for food and the hospitality industry. Acme Fire Cult is a live-fire concept from chefs Andrew Clarke & Daniel Watkins, which began in the spring of 2021 after a successful residency at ‘London Fields Courtyard’ in Hackney. From our base at The Bootyard in Dalston, Acme sets out to do something different from the usual ‘dude food’ BBQ. Here the vegetables take centre stage, with rare & native breed meat from regenerative farms, and day-boat fish taking a supporting role. The inspiration is pulled from around the globe, evident in our grilling and fermentation techniques as well as our heavy use of chilli and spices. Please get in touch if you think you'd be the right fit for this role.
