🌟 Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership - Leading National Organisation Contract type: Permanent Salary: £42,000 Hours: 34.5 per week, Monday–Friday (core hours 10am–4pm) Contract: Permanent Location: Central London (with access to a great roof terrace for staff socials and sunny-day working) - A hybrid working arrangement (50/50 office and remote) will be available once the probationary period has been successfully completed Are you an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high‑profile environment? Our client, a respected national organisation with a strong public mission, is seeking a proactive, highly organised EA to support a key member of their senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the heart of an influential organisation, managing complex priorities, and acting as a trusted right hand to senior executives. Senior leaders are hands-on, approachable, and dedicated to helping new joiners succeed. ⭐ The Role As Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level, confidential support to a senior executive, ensuring their office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Executive Support • Complex diary and inbox management, • Drafting correspondence and assisting with responses, • Managing incoming calls, including media enquiries, • Organising travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements, • Scheduling internal/external meetings and events, • Coordinating venues, attendees, papers, travel and logistics, • Greeting and hosting visitors, • Acting as a central point of contact across the organisation, • Maintaining filing systems (digital & manual), • Managing confidential and sensitive information, • Liaising with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth communication, • Providing cover for other Executive Assistants when required We’re looking for someone who is: • Highly organised, proactive and able to work autonomously, • Diplomatic, professional and confident communicating at all levels, • Comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines, • Discreet, with impeccable attention to detail, • Minimum 2 years’ PA/EA experience, including supporting senior leaders, • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), • Experience coordinating meetings, travel and events, • Understanding of working within a highly confidential environment, • Work at the core of a respected national organisation, • Be part of a collaborative, supportive EA team, • Excellent opportunities for professional development, • Perks include a defined benefit pension scheme, gym membership contribution, eye care contribution and more., • A unique workplace featuring a roof terrace used for staff socials, events and sunny lunches., • A meaningful role contributing to a cause that makes a real difference to people across the UK.
