Your role • Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home, • Work together as a team to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues, • Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans, • Make leisure and social activities part of every day, • Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development Your skills • Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable), • Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly, • Team player who values collaboration, • Kindness and genuine interest in older people, • Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect Your rewards You deserve more than the basics.
