We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to our Board of Directors and Shareholders. This is a pivotal role within the organisation requiring a highly organised, proactive and professional individual who can confidently operate at executive level, manage competing priorities and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our leadership team. \n As Executive Personal Assistant, you will act as the central point of coordination for the Board, providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support that enables effective decision-making, strong governance and seamless communication across the business. You will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating board and executive meetings, preparing high-quality documentation, tracking actions and building strong working relationships with stakeholders across our group of businesses. \n This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with senior leaders and takes pride in delivering a high standard of professional support. \n Key responsibilities: \n\n • Provide comprehensive, proactive executive support to the Board of Director and Shareholders, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and executive time is optimised.\n, • Manage complex and dynamic diaries, coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and changing priorities\n, • Plan, coordinate and organise Board and Executive meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.\n, • Prepare agendas, board packs, briefing papers, presentations and supporting documentation to a consistently high professional standard.\n, • Attend Board and Executive meetings in person, taking accurate minutes, recording key decisions and maintaining comprehensive action logs.\n, • Proactively monitor and follow up on actions arising from meetings, working with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timescales.\n, • Draft, format and maintain a wide range of professional documents, reports, presentations and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, consistency and confidentiality.\n, • Act as key liaison between the Board, Shareholders, Executive Team and the wider business, building effective working relationships and facilitating clear communication.\n, • Provide flexible administrative support across the wider Executive Team and group of businesses, adapting to changing business priorities where required.\n, • Handle highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with the utmost professionalism, discretion and integrity.\n, • Support strong corporate governance by maintaining accurate records, ensuring documentation is appropriately managed and governance processes are followed.\n, • Coordinate venues, technology, refreshments and all associated logistics to ensure meetings run efficiently and professionally.\n, • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, meeting effectiveness and executive workflows, contributing to continuous improvement across the organisation.\n, • Undertake any other duties appropriate with the level of the role to support the needs of the Board, Executive Team and wider business.\n\n Please note: The responsibilities and duties listed above are not exhaustive and are intended as a guide to the core requirements of the role.
