Group HRIS Analyst (Workday) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 plus bonus and benefits Surrey. You’ll play a key role in shaping how their HR technology works for people across a global organisation. Supporting teams in 18 countries, you’ll help ensure Workday runs smoothly, evolves in line with business needs, and delivers a great user experience. With a hands-on approach, you’ll influence system improvements, support new module deployments, and act as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and the wider business. Your work will directly impact how people interact with HR systems every day. And because you’ll be working across multiple Workday modules and global stakeholders, you’ll build deep expertise in HR systems, data, and process optimisation, while contributing to a long-term transformation programme. What you’ll do • Support and enhance the organisation’s Workday environment, ensuring systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned to business needs., • You’ll manage and support Workday module deployments, from gathering requirements and configuration through to testing, go-live, and post-implementation support., • You’ll act as a key contact for the global Workday Superuser community, resolving issues, answering queries, and promoting consistent system use., • You’ll maintain Workday security roles and permissions, support biannual releases, and contribute to roadmap initiatives and improvement projects., • You’ll also create clear system documentation and training materials, deliver user training, and use feedback and data to identify opportunities to improve performance and user experience. What you’ll need • Hands-on experience supporting Workday in an HR systems environment., • A strong understanding of HR processes, with confidence working across multiple modules., • Good Excel skills and comfort working with data to support analysis and decision-making., • A customer-focused mindset, able to manage priorities and support stakeholders effectively., • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users., • A collaborative, curious approach and a desire to continuously improve systems and processes.
