Conduct client surveys via phone and video as appropriate.• Authorize client refunds as required• Create and maintain client contract master files• Return missed call messages• Update and maintain CRM database current• Book VIDEO appointments as required• Resolve client complaints using approved policies and procedures• Process and issue sales receipts to clients as necessary.• Maintain your work calendar current with appropriate client details at all times.• Submit daily reports to management as required.• Complete any other customer service type tasks as assigned by management
