Aventi Cleaning We are looking for a reliable, punctual and professional Concierge / Caretaker for a building in Covent Garden. Duties include: • Greeting residents and guests, • Assisting visitors when needed, • Being present in the building during working hours, • Keeping the communal areas tidy and presentable, • Carrying out light cleaning duties, • Taking out the bins once a week during working hours, • Cleaning Requirements: • Very good English is essential, • Must be punctual and dependable, • Friendly, polite and professional manner, • Well presented, • Happy to carry out light cleaning and basic building duties Working hours: Monday: 9:00am – 1:00pm Tuesday: 10:00am – 7:00pm Wednesday: 9:00am – 1:00pm Thursday: 9:00am – 1:00pm Friday: 10:00am – 2:00pm Rate: £13.50 per hour This role mainly involves sitting at the front, welcoming people, helping guests, being on time, and ensuring the building is looked after properly and cleaning.
