Hi all I’m looking to open a brand new resturant on Canvey island Essex. Looking over the sea on Canvey beach. A small healthy resturant/bar that would be different to Anything else in the area. Everything to be cooked inside a wood fired oven and the main attraction being stone bake pizzas. Looking to employ a head chef/manager to work closely with myself to run the place.
