What You’ll Do: • Development of an ongoing annual training plan that is achievable through focused planning and time management, • Ensure this training plan falls in line with commercial goals to achieve financial objectives, • Development of training programs and content that build knowledge and meet the needs of the SBU leaders and local commercial teams and support the commercial objectives for sales growth and achievement of financial targets., • Management of training budget in line with corporate objectives., • Management and day to day field-based training program.
