You will showcase authentic designer and niche fragrances, communicate with viewers, answer questions and create an exciting auction experience that encourages engagement and sales. Main responsibilities: • Host entertaining online live-selling and auction sessions, • Present and describe perfumes clearly and confidently, • Engage with viewers and respond to live comments, • Create excitement, urgency and trust during auctions, • Explain fragrance notes, brands, sizes and product features, • Promote special offers, giveaways and upcoming shows, • Work closely with the auction and stock teams, • Maintain strong energy throughout extended live sessions, • Meet agreed sales and audience-engagement targets The ideal candidate will be: • Confident and comfortable speaking on camera, • Charismatic, energetic and naturally entertaining, • Persuasive, quick-thinking and sales-focused, • Fluent in English with clear communication skills, • Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team, • Available for some evening and weekend shifts, • Interested in perfumes, beauty, fashion or luxury products Previous experience in live selling, retail sales, presenting, content creation, Whatnot, eBay Live or TikTok Shop is preferred but not essential.
