LHH is currently partnering with a global manufacturing organisation to appoint a highly capable Senior International Rewards Consultant. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering compensation and benefits strategies across key international regions. Role Overview The Senior International Rewards Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and leadership teams globally. The role requires a broad understanding of international reward practices, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups. You will work closely with external vendors, local HR teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure competitive and compliant reward programs across the international business. Key Responsibilities Strategic Consulting & Business Partnership • Build a deep understanding of business and talent strategies to guide HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters., • Advise on compensation philosophies, benefits frameworks, and marketplace trends., • Provide regular support to international HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities., • Influence decision-makers and contribute to the design of global reward programs, policies, and processes. International Compensation Expertise • Partner with the Global Compensation team on compensation programs outside the U.S. and Canada., • Lead job evaluations, benchmarking, and survey matching activities., • Support key annual cycles including performance and rewards, competitive market reviews, and regulatory analysis., • Guide Talent Acquisition on complex compensation offers., • Act as a conduit to the Global COE, providing insight and business perspective on international reward challenges. Benefits Governance & Analysis • Maintain and own the central inventory of benefits offerings across all international markets., • Oversee benefits benchmarking, design reviews, and cost analysis in partnership with local HR teams., • Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure robust governance of global benefit programs., • Support ongoing work related to the EU Pay Directive. Project & Stakeholder Management • Lead end-to-end Total Rewards projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues efficiently. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree., • 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally with global scope., • Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in database tools., • Experience working within a matrix organisation., • Solid knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methods, and international benefits programs (especially in European markets)., • Strong communication and presentation skills., • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to balance execution with strategic thinking., • Proficiency with MS Office applications. Ideally you will also have: • Experience with Workday., • Reward program design experience, including communication and implementation., • Experience benchmarking international compensation and benefits programs., • Ability to influence at all organisational levels.
