Job Description: Clinical Deputy Manager Ashley Park Care Home, The Street, West Clandon, Guildford GU4 7SU. Up to £58,269 per annum – Depending on experience. Permanent – 42 hours per week. One & half shift a week on the floor – 18 hours, rest of the time will be supernumerary. Monday to Friday Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required. You will work alongside another clinical deputy manager. • Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home, • With the help of your team, create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up‑to‑date medication records, • Maintain correct staffing levels through efficient management of rotas, ensuring adequate staffing within the home, • Provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice and dignity, • Build lasting relationships with residents and the people they care about, fostering a sense of community, • Create and develop strong relationships with local partners, liaise with them to raise the care home's profile in the local area and beyond, • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development, • Champion independence, choice and dignity by delivering the highest quality care to residents, • Up‑to‑date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning, • Effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and families, • Natural leader, ready to share clinical experience, leading and mentoring a team, delegating effectively and promoting excellent customer service and relationships, • Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills, • Respectful and compassionate team player who believes in giving personal best Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
