Venue Officer The Venue Team are key to the customer experience, and they ensure that all of our events are delivered to the highest standards, creating lasting memories of great nights out for all our customers. This is a dynamic, fast-paced, events management position where you will play a leading role in the front of house team to ensure that the day-to-day operation of the venues is delivered effectively. Not only will you be involved in planning the delivery of individual events, activities and projects; you’ll also liaise with members of other teams, including technical, programming, box office, and finance as well as with external promoters to deliver world class events. The venue will be your responsibility during events, ensuring that it operates safely and effectively, in line with all relevant policies and legislation, including licensing, health and safety, and safeguarding. You will brief and direct a large event team made up of stewards, security, bar staff and others. You will need to keep accurate event and financial records and write and submit daily show reports.
