Location: Predominantly home-based with monthly team meetings in Bedford Duration: Permanent Hours: Part time, 25 hours per week Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 FTE (pro rata for 25 hours) You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring they are commercially sound, compliant and efficiently managed. You will act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, suppliers and customers, supporting a high volume of contract activity (c. 4,000 per year) within a structured framework environment. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing and maintaining a suite of contract templates, frameworks and associated documentation, • Drafting and reviewing contracts, ITTs and schedules in line with legal and procurement requirements, • Acting as the first point of contact for contractual queries and providing practical, commercially focused advice, • Supporting the sales team in structuring contracts aligned to framework rules, • Ensuring compliance with procurement legislation and maintaining audit-ready documentation, • Managing contract variation, risk and approvals, working closely with legal where required, • Maintaining an accurate contracts library, including renewals, version control and key milestones, • Facilitating resolution of contractual issues between stakeholders, • Contributing to continuous improvement of contract processes and documentation You will ideally bring: • Experience in contracts, procurement or commercial roles, • Strong understanding of contract law fundamentals and risk management, • Experience working within framework-based or public sector environments (desirable), • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate contractual detail for non-specialists, • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation What’s on Offer • £65,000 – £75,000 FTE (pro rata for 25 hours), • Part-time: 25 hours per week, • Flexible working, • Generous annual leave entitlement that increases with service, • Annual bonus scheme, • Vitality private medical insurance, • Pension scheme Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
