About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and community-focused Recycling Support Officer to join Bedford Borough Council’s Waste and Resources team. In this role, you’ll engage with residents, schools, landlords and local businesses to promote better recycling habits, support the introduction of new waste schemes and help reduce contamination across the borough. You’ll be out in the community, delivering campaigns, collecting data and supporting real environmental change. About You You’ll have a strong interest in sustainability and waste management, along with great communication skills and the confidence to speak with a wide range of people. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Transport and Distribution Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of the management structure, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, compliance, and growth of our passenger transport services.
