We will need a barista with knowledge of Greek coffees (ελληνικός, freddo and frappé) as well as the standard coffees. We will also need staff with knowledge of Greek food to cook Greek homemade dishes (moussaka, pastitisio, gemista etc) and pastries fresh every morning. Preparation can be outside of the shop's serving hours but the pastries must be cooked fresh just before opening.
