Verity Healthcare Limited is looking for passionate and caring healthcare assistants to join our enthusiastic team. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist reports to the HR/Office Manager and provides efficient administrative, clerical, and reception support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 1. Reception & General Administration Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying, and document preparation Answer and direct calls, take messages, and greet visitors professionally Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and communications in line with company policies Maintain organised filing systems and office records Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and take minutes Support all departments with clerical tasks as needed Order and maintain office supplies, PPE, and resources Handle invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial records Ensure office security, maintenance, and readiness for inspections 2. Human Resources Support Maintain employee records, staff rosters, and HR systems Support recruitment: handle enquiries, distribute job postings, schedule interviews, and process applications Prepare new starter documentation and onboarding checklists Maintain training records and staff development materials Order ID cards, name badges, and business cards Provide general HR administrative support to management. 3 . Administrative Support to Leadership Assist with scheduling board and management meetings Prepare and distribute meeting documents (agendas, reports, minutes) Record and distribute meeting minutes Support contract administration and renewals 4. Foundation & Database Support Maintain donor and database records Process contributions and generate acknowledgements Support reporting, tracking, and correspondence related to donations and memorials Assist with organising board and trustee meetings 5.
