What you’ll do Provide clear, commercial and practical advice to HR, business leaders and internal lawyers regarding the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues – primarily in UK&I but with an international scope. Support HR and the business to deliver Sky’s ambitious transformation and M&A programme, working on and driving key strategic projects and other commercial priorities. Exposure to senior leadership providing timely, concise and effective advice on key HR projects and risks - with accountability for providing creative and risk-based solutions, and driving positive outcomes. This role leads the platforms and business systems that underpin Sky Media’s advertising business across linear, addressable, Video on Demand and digital advertising. Full stack here means you own a feature the whole way down: the React and TypeScript screens people use, the GraphQL layer in between, and the services behind it. The team supports these critical services across the estate ensuring systems remain available, secure and aligned to business, audit and cyber requirements. • Lead the implementation, management, support and innovation of Sky’s electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder, intercom and integrated platforms., • Ensure electronic security systems and associated applications remain operational, supported and available to meet business needs., • Oversee access control and CCTV platform changes to support business moves, changes and operational requirements., • Maintain accurate system data, documentation, procedures and configuration records in line with standards, stakeholder, audit and compliance requirements., • Manage system platform patching, vulnerabilities, certifications and lifecycle activities., • Generate reports, support audits and provide technical guidance to help the business manage security risk and performance.
