Bar Manager — Bartending Experience Required We’re looking for a hands-on manager with strong bartending skills to oversee the venue’s daily operations, working closely with the owner and MNA. Initially, the role will combine venue management with preparing and serving drinks. As the business becomes busier and the team grows, the focus will move towards managing the floor, supervising staff and overseeing the venue. Hours: 5 days per week, 4 PM–midnight Pay: Starting from £13 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. Prepare and serve drinks when required. Manage the floor and coordinate service. Monitor stock, place orders and organise a weekly bar restock. Implement student offers and organise game nights. Work with MNA to deliver promotions and events. Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming venue. Coordinate with the owner for additional support during busy periods. Requirements Previous bartending experience. Management or supervisory experience in hospitality. Strong organisation, communication and leadership skills. A proactive approach to attracting customers and improving their experience. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
