Duties • Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food safety and cleanliness, • Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer service, • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency across all dishes, • Manage bar operations, including bartending duties, drink service, and inventory control, • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times, • Assist in training new team members on food production, serving protocols, and hospitality best practices, • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster a positive dining environment Skills • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills, • Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices, • Ability to perform bartending duties confidently while maintaining excellent customer service, • Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes, • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff, • Strong communication skills to coordinate between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams, • Experience with hospitality operations in hotel or restaurant environments is a plus, • Knowledge of serving techniques, hospitality principles, and barista experience is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms everyday dining into memorable experiences. Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Kitchen Porter/Assistant, where your energy and dedication will keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will support culinary operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring the kitchen environment adheres to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
