Responsibilities: Diagnose hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other electronic devices.
Repair or replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, hard drives, and motherboards.
Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
Perform virus removal, data recovery, and system ooptimisation
Assemble and upgrade PCs based on customer requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
Ensures all completed work is documented in the system for billing and warranty purposes. Requirements: Previous experience in computer repair and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking.
Ability to diagnose and fix common hardware and software issues.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to assist customers effectively.
